• Questions you ask our website help desk chat assistant (Vicky); if Vicky doesn't have a built-in answer, the question text may be sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, the maker of Claude) to generate a response, or emailed to our team so we can improve her knowledge base. No other personal information is collected through the chat unless you choose to share it

We do not record, store, or receive the audio itself, only the resulting text appears in the chat input box for you to review and edit before it is sent.
